Womansplaining doesn't exist for the simple reason that the balance of power isn't in women's favour. The whole point of whitesplaining and mansplaining is that it's done from a position of assumed superiority (on the white's or the guy's part). While some women might patronize men if they are higher up the work ladder, it's still not womansplaining because we don't hold the reins of power in the workplace.
