What I've noticed from a lot of white guys on Twitter is there eagerness to finally have us white women on a par with them. Yes, we have benefitted from the white patriarchy, and continue to do so. However, to say we are as culpable for a system designed by them and for them, and which has kept us down at every possible opportunity (and continues to try to do so), is just white guys trying to offload some of their collective wrongs.
