Two things

1. Since the GOP are bringing her motherhood in at every possible opportunity despite it being irrelevant to her ability and impartiality as a SC judge, it should be fair game for anyone to continue questioning in that area. You can't have it both ways.

2. Ironically, in the corporate world and many other fields, motherhood is held against women. Heck, even before women are considering having children, prospective employers are still trying to slide it into interview questions; when they're up for promotion, a family is seen as potentially holding women back and yet, as the article says, it's never a problem for men.
