Unfortunately, we’re not dealing with right-thinking people and the practice seems to be to keep on with the questions unless specifically told not to. Ignoring these guys is like permission to them; you haven’t out and out voiced anything. Not that I’m saying that works either, but ignoring these guys doesn’t seem to matter to them.
