This rang so many bells and struck so many chords. My daughter is now in the workforce and g*dammit, she's still experiencing the same BS sexism we did back in the day.

Very little has changed, which is why I'm now 'banging on about it' as much as I do. It's why I wrote my book - to try to pass on the "things I should have said" to women who are still struggling to find the words.

We did what we did at the time for a variety of reasons, and we've let no one down. You were a trailblazer.
