There’s shame and/or disappointment when you have to have intervention because of back to back, and then, because your uterus starts hemorrhaging (because you’ve gone on too long), you end up with a C.
And yes, there’s PTSD after all that too. People thought I was being ridiculous when I said I couldn’t go through it again — which had the effect of completely dismissing my entire experience.
