The fallacy of relative privation; find something that you think is a worse scenario and use it to diminish or negate the point in question.
Why would you ask someone to write about something they have no experience of? Being in a wheel chair, born a beautiful person with a large purple birthmark, or being a dutiful law abiding Uighur living in East Turkestan today and accidentally wearing a hat and finding yourself in a concentration camp for 10 years, are clearly problems, but bringing them up wherever there's an issue you disagree with or just don’t care about is a form of gaslighting.
