Sounds like you're doing a lot of the right things.

One thing you could slide in - from a wider, company perspective - if they want to attract and retain a more diverse workforce (because what company doesn't), they need to be seen to be giving women opportunities to climb the ladder. So, in effect, by giving you what you're asking for, you're doing them a favor in the long run. ;-)

The book is "How to Stand up to Sexism; Words for when enough is enough", and gives words and phrases for hundreds of sexist situations. The ones that usually leave women speechless.
