So here's a suggestion - (seriously) - change your expectations.

Guys, the world is changing; women are changing. We are more financially independent, marriage is not always the end goal and if it is, it's getting later and later in life.

Also - we don't have to 'make do' or put up with someone for the sake of security, family life etc. Women's standards aren't impossible, they're just slightly higher than they used to be for men.

I notice you don't mention how women are judged - more often it's on looks alone, which puts many at an immediate disadvantage. And women can't win - once upon a time we were judged for looking for the free ride, now it's because we no longer need that.
