My late husband was 6'4, as are my two sons. Most of this height is in their legs, which means they don't fit into many Economy seats. We've been coughing up for extra room since the boys were teens. While no one has ever tried to humiliate them for it, they've had no sympathy whatsoever when moved to seats they don't fit into when an airline changes the equipment.
