Most of the change is going to come from two things -

1. Continuing to speak out and correct people EVERY single time. Yes, it's sometimes the "littler things" that are the hardest to stand up to, but we must. As with "untitling" (when women aren't given their academic titles in interviews etc), it's not "nothing" and we must just ignore the eye-rolling.

2. More women coming up, and that means more young women and girls seeing their potential in such industries.

Things will change if we keep on 'making a fuss'.
