"Modern feminism doesn't associate any particular human trait as specifically male or female,..." of course it doesn't. That's part of my point. It's not a very real hyprocrisy of feminism, it's a very real part of the patriarcy, espcially in the workplace. It also comes into play when we insist that boys "man up" when they show emotions other than anger.
