"Millions of men are learning that supporting the full range of feminine expression and agency is central to granting ourselves the full spectrum of being human as well. "

I'd like to expand on this a little. Women often find themselves trapped at work when it comes to motherhood. If you apply for a job under about age 40, the assumption will be that you're going to leave and have babies. Men obviously are in the same boat re possibilities, but it never seems to impact their eligibility for a job.

Of course, once women do have children, it can impact everything from assignments given (because she won't be able to cope), to promotion (she's not fully committed) etc. Again, not usually a standard applied to men.

At present, we don't really have a choice in who carries and bears the children, so if men want to be 'family men', they're going to have to support women in this endeavor.
