Just a note for anyone that has benign breast cysts - I had one aspirated a few years ago after months of pain and various tests to make sure it wasn't sinister.

My specialist (who really knows her stuff) said to wear the most supportive bra possible and not to sleep on the stomach. So bra-less might not be a good idea for the cyst-inclined.
