I'd say talk about it, and pose questions.
When do I talk to you like that?
Who decided I'd have to be in charge or the dentist/medical/school admin?
Why do you think it's OK for you to leave cups for someone else to clear up?
Etc
Ask them what they think they're doing. I find an exasperated nice is often better than shouting to get the message through.
