You have surmised, from an incorrect assumption - when women talk about what happens to them, that's what they're doing and it's what I'm talking about in the piece. We need a place to discuss what happens to us as women because no one seems to give a damn. That is not the same as saying it doesn't happen to other people or that we don't care about other people, we just don't have the energy to fight in everyone's corner.

You are again, proving the point of my piece by inserting another demographic into a women's conversation.
