I would add to men - if you hear a whiff of one of your mates doing this or knowing someone who does this, the onus is on you to do something.

There is no way the spikers are doing it on their own. They're probably joking about it to at least one other person. If you know about this, or suspect it, you're part of the problem if you don't act.
