I get this all the time - What about when it happens the other way round?
I usually point out that no one else is fighting for women. We aren't the power holders and judging by what's going on at the moment, we wont' be for quite a while. We don't have the numbers to take over and re-write laws to protect ourselves. But what we can do is make a noise and highlight the problems.
Men? Have had all the power for ever. If they're expecting us to make a song and dance about their plight, as well as fighting for our own stuff, it's simply becasue they can't be arsed to do it for themselves. Pure and simple. Exepcting women to take care of things, as usual.
If predatory women were that big of a problem and that big of a deal to them, it would have been taken care of a long time ago.
