I agree with everything in this piece, except the parts about "feminism".
Yes, when we restrict how genders can behave (at work or at home) it harms men as well as women, and yes, we should all push for men to be allowed to do the traditional 'women's' parts, but to me that's not necessarily feminism.
Advocating for men when you say "But I do want them in those circles speaking for themselves. I, for one, am very interested in what they have to say." .. while 100% good, is not feminism. When men are 'speaking for themselves' they're not speaking for women either.
