I agree. It's always hard to know how to acknowledge someone's weight loss when they've worked hard at it, just in case it doesn't land.

It's also okay to want to lose weight, particularly if it's a recent weight gain and not a size that you've been used to for a long time.

Not only do most of your lovely clothes not fit, it just feels weird. I gained weight after back surgery and a) I was never curvy to start with so it doesn't look "curvy" now, and b) it feels awful.
