I would like to add that men (people) need to let go of their default defence of other guys who have crossed the line. What stops many women from speaking out when they are harassed or assaulted (or almost assaulted) is the immediate circling of the wagons by the guy's friends or co-workers. Not only does the guy in question not want the label; neither do his friends.
