Great article. Many Int'l schools can claim to be technically "diverse" because they have students from a variety of countries, speaking many different languages and of many different colours. However, there is often discrimination and intolerance between different groups of students and from parents. The schools should strive to go beyond the assumption that because there are families from all over the world, it's a big melting pot.
