The implication that men can't help themselves, that they're either programmed or helpless in the face of an incapacitated woman, would mean that more men would be doing this to even more women.

Most men don't grope, assault or rape women, no matter how easy it would be for them to do so.

Only rapists rape, only gropers grope. Rinse and repeat.
