At her age, apart from at school, she probably hasn't come across too much discrimination. Unfortunately, as you say, it's not that great as she gets older.

I think the main thing we can do for girls and young women is to help them identify boundaires, both personal and legal. That way, when they do come across discrimination, they'll recognise it and hopefully be able to speak out.
