As a strident feminist, I will not be asking for Biden to step down. If there is a formal investigation (instead of tit for tat articles in the media for both sides), which proves her accusation then yes, he should not be the Dem candidate. And that should go for both political parties. You cannot investigate and remove one without doing the same for the other (who has more than twenty similar accusations against him), even if he is the incumbent.

Feminists should find it ridiculous to suggest that Ms. Reade be held to such a low standard compared to the likes of Dr. Blasey Ford and more recently E. Jean Carroll.
Reade should definitely be heard but she should be required to give the same details (date, timeline, location etc) that has been demanded of previous accusers (of politicians). To do otherwise is to (once again) hold Democratic candidates to a higher standard than Republicans, and more importantly, to ignore and negate the twenty+ women who claim to be similarly wronged by the Republican candidate.
