1. In many countries this is now included in the definition of voyeurism, and yes, he would be held accountable.

2.Most women (me, this author or any other woman) would reasonably be concerned about approaching any man who would do this. To reverse the blame here and tell women that they "should say something" is well, absolutely typical.

3. I do believe you are #NotAlMen-ing. We know it's Not All Men; we just don't know which men it will be. We on on constant alert because many perpetrators look like your average upstanding member of the community.

4. If this is your idea of something that is not "morally wrong" then there is no further reasoning with you.

5. Btw, the law in many countries is moving in favor of "unsuspecting" victims who have not given their consent to these type of photos, so you'd be well advised to heed this, whatever your own depraved sense of morality dictates is ok.
